Ok, so I play on Just Dance 3 the other day for the first time, ever. I wasn’t new to the Kinect as I have played other games using it like Kinect sports. I didn’t particularly want to play on the game, I mean it doesn’t exactly seem like a “manly” game to play, does it? But, my little and annoying sister was badgering me and so I did. I actually really enjoyed it, too! It was really good fun, not to mention a good source of exercise (of which I am very much in need!)
The game The included a massive range of songs, including some of my favourites! There was a real mix of genres including some party hits from the likes of LMFAO! Also, there is a further rang of download-able songs which you can also add on to the console if you wish!
The game also had a range of modes, including a sing-along feature in which you could earn extra points by singing along to the tunes. Other modes it included were a four player party mode. I believe that this was the first time that a four player mode has ever been included on the Just Dance game series. However, it was highly successful and we even got the parents involved (which was hilarious!) The work out mode would be a good mode just to do daily, as it really made you jump around and work out!
All in all JUST DANCE was really fun, whether you are playing it with family or friends, you are guaranteed to have a good time!

It is rumoured that big brand, Microsoft, is putting large amounts of money into 3D development work designed specifically for the Xbox console range.
As we are disappointed after an E3 no-show and the announcement of the news by Microsoft that the next Xbox, 720, won’t be ready until at least next year, we are searching for clues about what the new system could include.
However, some clues have been discovered… Microsoft has recently published an advertisement for an “Algorithm Research & Development Engineer for XBOX team.” The job included work in Haifa, Israel, alongside Microsoft’s “Interactive Entertainment Business division.”
Looking further into this, we found that to apply for the job role, responsibilities included: “algorithm design and implementation into state of the art 3D imaging systems working in an integrated HW and SW leading team, working closely with peers in Redmond, and being part of a fast moving and growing development team.”
If you are confused, then don’t worry… The Interactive Entertainment Business division specialises in Natural User Interface or, in other words, gaming without the controller they are the ones responsible for Xbox Kinect.
The current console, the Xbox 360, has no 3D capabilities what so ever and Microsoft has shown no interest in developing upgrades for it. Therefore, the next generation of the console is likely what this 3D work is destined for.
As more and more homes are buying into the 3D television market, the launch of the Xbox 720 could see a 3D gaming boom.
